The patient’s condition was serious when he first saw Dr.Ayush Chandra, the top diabetologist in Ghaziabad. He or she had excessive blood sugar, as well as weakness and other related complications.

The doctor was able to spot the problem at the initial appointment and recommended a complete body checkup based on the symptoms.

The patient was diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 after reviewing the test results.

As the patient was suffering from high blood sugar and other related complications, Dr.Ayush prescribed the following medications –

  • Anti-diabetic oral medications,
  • Reduced insulin that the patient used to take previously

Here, in this case, the patient was suffering from increased blood sugar and diabetes-related problems. These symptoms are widespread among adults and elderly adults. The insulin resistance in the patient’s body causes a rise in the blood sugar level.

The patient was given regular oral anti-diabetic medications along with reduced dosages of insulin.

Along with these, the patient was advised to follow the proper diet and physical exercise. The patient was also suggested to avoid few food items that are rich in sugar content.

Along with these, the patient was asked to monitor the glucose level regularly so that there is a record of the blood sugar levels.

As soon as the patient started taking the prescribed medication and followed the daily routine with proper diet, the increased blood sugar level decreased. Within one month, the blood sugar was under control.

Now, the patient is healthy and having no diabetes-related complications.
